This 8 week creative writing workshop will awaken your powers of observation, imagination, and language while providing a chance to share your work (for those who want to). A WritersCorps teacher will lead this workshop in safe and supportive atmosphere, introducing valuable basics of the writing craft. Participants will be exposed to various forms of fiction, memoir, poetry, feature articles, comic strips, etc. to help them express themselves through the written word. Open to teen writers, ages 12-19. For more information, or to register, contact Marla, Teen Librarian, at (415) 355-2868.
Please note: No class will be held on Wednesday, February 11th. (There will be a fabulous Henna Art Workshop instead. See the Library events calendar for more details. )
Wednesdays, February 4th - April 1st - 4 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
