Continuing the 2010-2011 theme of film noir:
A Double Life (1947, 104min.) Broadway actor Anthony John (Ronald Colman) has a habit of becoming the characters he plays. He’s easy to get along with when doing a comedy, but he can be a real pain when he's involved in a tragedy. He'd like to get back together with his co-star and ex-wife Brita (Signe Hasso), but she's sick of the emotional roller coaster. Coleman’s journey into psychosis is a foregone conclusion after he takes on the lead role in the longest running Othello in history. Also starring Shelley Winters and Edmond O’Brien.
